Setting - The Island
• a pocket dimension that consists of an island surrounded on all sides by portals. Each portal leads to a different dimension
• past the portals is the “ocean”, made of some sort of ooze, very few creatures can survive in it, but the ones who do are massive and very dangerous
• many different cultures exist on the island, usually staying around where their respective portals are located, but occasionally traveling around the island
• The Island gets a lot of human tourists, so some places have become human-centric cities
