After moving away from a major angel city due to a difference in worldview, Hope and her hippie moms found themselves on a cloud above an apartment building in Covenport. Hope fell head over heels for Fear and they've been together for a while.
Hope and her moms help the witches of Covenport with their spells, giving them a bit of divine intervention when asked. Hope loves being social and involved in anything the town is doing.
